Independent Apple developer
Custom apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac.
I design, build and ship native apps for Apple platforms, from the first sketch to the App Store and every update after. You work directly with a senior engineer who has done this at Apple, Microsoft and Schlage.
What I build
One developer for every Apple screen your customers use.
Each of these is something I've already shipped in my own apps, so you're not paying for me to learn it.
iPhone and iPad
Native SwiftUI apps that feel at home on Apple's devices, from a one-screen utility to a full product with sync and subscriptions.
Apple Watch
Watch apps that do real work on the wrist, not just mirror the phone. Digital Crown control, direct Wi-Fi connections and hands-free starts.
Mac
Mac apps that share code with iPhone and iPad but behave like proper Mac software, with menus, keyboard shortcuts and windows.
On-device intelligence
Apple Intelligence, Vision and pose detection running on the device, so features are fast and your users' data stays private.
iCloud sync and sharing
CloudKit sync across a person's devices, and shared databases for households and teams, with no servers for you to run.
Hardware and connected devices
Apps that talk to locks, shades, mixing consoles and other hardware over Bluetooth, NFC and the local network.
Shipped apps
Live on the App Store today.
Designed, built and published by Quivtec. Each one is private by design, with no ads, no tracking and no accounts.
Notiminder
Notes that remind you. Notes and reminders fused into one simple thing. Write it down, and if it matters, give it a time, a place, or both.
NewSwing
See your swing the way a coach does. Records your golf swing, finds every key position, and tells you what's working and what to fix.
Fadebank
A mixer remote for the person running sound. Turns an iPad, iPhone or Apple Watch into a control surface for an OSC digital mixing console, so you can stand in the room and hear what everyone else hears.
CardDog
The watchdog for your wallet. A fast, private expense tracker that shows exactly where your money goes. No bank logins and no sign-up.
Emoji Word Match
A calm matching game for early readers. Tap two tiles with the same word and they lift off the board. The word is shown big and read aloud, so every match is a tiny reading lesson.
Ballast Descent
Ball weight is everything. A weighted ball falls through a shaft that rebuilds itself beneath you, with the Void grinding down from above.
See them all on Quivtec's App Store page.

Design
Screens and a clickable prototype you can try on your own iPhone before any real code is written.
Build
Work in short milestones, with a new TestFlight build to try after each one.
